		<description>Thanks for pointing out the difference when you control for number of banks.  I probably should have looked at that as well.

As for candidates, my dream candidate isn't in the running, either, but as is typically the case in our winner-takes-all system here in the U.S., we are often faced with a decision between the lesser of two evils and not someone who actually represents our views.  Oh to have a proportional representation system where we could vote our consciences and not throw away our votes...</description>

		<description>If you divide the number of complaints by the number of offices the banks have, JP Morgan Chase is actually worse than BofA.  I suspect others are somewhere around there too but I didn't bother calculating them.  Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how many customers each bank actually has, which may be a better measure.

As for the horrific debate situation, this is just another reason why I don't know if I support any of these candidates.</description>
