Toren’s small steps

For a while Toren was doing this little shuffle where he would take a couple of small steps, then stop. The only footage of it I managed to get was while we were waiting for the neighbor to take Toren and I for a ride on his new cart. While we waited for him, Toren was playing on the front lawn and did his shuffle step:
