I started through the local news this morning and found this story about a murder in Roselawn, which is the community that borders our condominium complex on the south. The murder took place about 5 blocks from our condo (see this map), which, no pun intended, makes the homicides seem closer to home than all the others in Cincinnati this year. There have actually been over 80 homicides in Cincinnati this year… A depressing statistic as it is a new record for the city.
