Toren’s quirks are funny (okay, that seems redundant, to call a “quirk” funny when quirky can mean funny… I digress). He was coughing for attention for a while. Now, he does this funky thing with his wrist where he’ll grab something and pump his wrist up and down. I think it started when he was trying to pull stuff towards him, but now he’ll do it with all sorts of things (including our hands, as the video shows).
The video also shows him kind of responding to his name. We had to make a conscientious effort to start calling him “Toren” instead of “baby” so he would learn that his name is not “baby” but Toren. We think he’s catching on, but we aren’t 100% sure yet.
