Our neighbor bought an electric scooter for her young son but he outgrew it pretty quickly after she bought it for him. One day while we were outside playing she brought it over and gave it to Toren. It took him a while to figure out how to ride it and make it go with his thumb, but he finally figured it out. Here he is cruising around on his scooter at the the other neighbor’s (it’s kind of gutless and works better on concrete than on grass):
