We worked in the morning again. But one of the staff members had also heard about a Jazz Festival in Mayaguez, about an hour away from the farm, that afternoon. Since we kept getting rained out anyway, and because it was a Sunday, we ended up going out to the Jazz Festival that afternoon/evening. While we were there, a TV crew came by to interview people and saw our unique group of students. They ended up interviewing some of the female students in our group and even asked one who is lesbian what she likes about Puerto Rican men, which was a little awkward.
After the Jazz festival, we picked up some pizza then went back to the house of one of the staff members where we had another salsa lesson.
